Bernard Ugochukwu

Texas Tech graduate Bernard, a.k.a. Bernie, moved here in the fall of 2021 from Dallas, where he was also doing residential real estate. In April of 2022, Bernie and his wife, Madison, married at the Arboretum in Waco. His wife was born and raised in Waco and is also a Logan Capital Real Estate agent. They’re also expecting their first child this July!

Additionally, Bernie is a Sports Performance Specialist who owns his own company, Empire Performance, and trains his athletes at Halo Athletic Center. He has worked with many professional, collegiate, and high school athletes. He also has experience in videography, photography and dronography. Bernie aspires to bring his creativity and love for building relationships with people to this Waco Real Estate industry. He genuinely loves seeing others happy, especially when it comes to finding his client's dream home.
