Mike Cross

Mike was born in Austin, Texas, but grew up in Central Illinois. He attended Illinois State University, where he played offensive line for five years and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science. During his time at the university, Mike met his future wife, Camie.

After graduating, Mike decided to pursue a career in college football coaching. He coached in various places, including Chicago, Louisiana, and Utah, before finally settling in Waco, which he now calls his forever home. While working as a coach, Mike also earned his master’s degree in Leadership Development from North Central College in Naperville, IL.

Mike is passionate about building strong relationships with colleagues, players, and recruits - a key aspect of coaching. He is known for being easygoing and getting along with everyone.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Logan Capital Real Estate (LCRE), Mike plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's day-to-day operations run smoothly. His meticulous and process-oriented approach keeps LCRE running efficiently behind the scenes. With his deep understanding of team dynamics and operational management, Mike ensures that the company's operations align with its core mission and values.
